Jin from BTS begins his military service. After Jin, a prominent member of BTS, recently achieved success, it has been announced that he will commence his commitment to the Korean military next week.
The singer’s agency announced that there will be no farewell event to ensure Jin’s safety. Jin will join the army as an active-duty soldier, and although the exact date and location of his entrance haven’t been disclosed, military and music industry sources suggest he may join a frontline camp located in Yeoncheon.
It is presumed that the entry date will be on December 13, and he will undergo a five-week basic training program before being assigned to a local unit. The entrance ceremony will be an event restricted to military personnel and their families, and fans are urged to refrain from visiting the site to prevent accidents caused by congestion.
In a heartfelt message to his fans, Jin stated, «ARMY (BTS’s fandom) shouldn’t come to the training camp. It could be dangerous because the place will be crowded with many people besides me who will come. ARMY, I love you.»
